As BC professionals, it is our job to make sure that our organizations are well-equipped to make good decisions. It follows that we should have a basic understanding of how brains learn, and how they process information. This presentation will include a number of fun and interactive exercises to demonstrate how we can better connect with our organizations to improve preparedness. BIOGRAPHY: Cliff Thomas is a Managing Member of Atlas Group, a provider of preparedness services for industry and government. Cliff has designed and managed preparedness programs in corporate environments, consulted internationally on a wide range of preparedness matters, and has designed and instructed graduate-level business emergency management courses. He has guest-lectured at institutions such as the Naval Postgraduate School, the University of Denver, and Colorado State University.
