The ability to quickly react to the situation and deliver the right message can help preserve your company’s reputation and reassure customers that your company has a well - thought-out crisis plan and is able continue business operations. Presentation materials will include how to identify how your message is getting out, (whether through official channels or indirectly), how to prioritize your communications tasks, and examples of pre-planning techniques, such as drafting communication scripts and defining call times in advance, and what information you should include in your emergency response and business continuity plans,
