TOPIC: 2011 FEMA Status Report

Tony Mendes: Colorado Office of Emergency Management 1989-1992: Responsible for statewide Exercise Program, Hazardous Materials Planning, Training, Disaster deployments.

US Army Medical Service Officer 1979-1989: Comptroller for a Tertiary Care Medical Facility (Fitzsimmons) with a $350Million annual budget; manpower and commercial activities; finance system; planning/operations, including classified information; field medical command of units in Europe.

University of Denver (DU), University of Phoenix, University of San Francisco

Sean McNabb: Sean specializes in GIS and HAZUS based risk and damage assessments for flooding and earthquake events and scenarios. He has been with the FEMA Region VIII Mitigation Division for three years. Mr. McNabb graduated from the University of Colorado at Denver with a Bachelor's Degree in Geography specializing in Environmental Studies and Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
