Immediately after the presentation we will present the Points Program. The Points Program recognizes members who have accumulated the most points by attending meetings, inviting guests, volunteering on committees, etc. There will also be a raffle drawing. This presentation will take approximately 15 minutes.
Speaker: Cameron De Smidt
TOPIC: "The Notification Solution: What, Who, Why and How"
Cameron will talk about the uses of notification systems in business
continuity and emergency response. Cameron will discuss how communication
systems can be used effectively, presenting case studies and key criteria in acquiring a
notification solution.
BIOGRAPHY:
Cameron De Smidt is Cassidian Communication’s Regional Sales Manager
for Corporate Notification Solutions and Systems. Cameron holds a FCC
Broadcaster Class 3 license, and has experience in public safety and emergency
response with organizations such as L3 Communications, Galls Public Safety, and
Hagemeyer.
