Before the Conference
Conference Information
  • Details on Speakers and topics are available on the Chapter website. 

Registration
  • Attendees (Virtual or in-Person) must register using the Zeffy tool. The QR code is provided on the Chapter website.  Photo and information Opt-Ins are part of registration process.
  • All rates including Early Bird rates are stated on the Chapter website
  • Registration deadline is Monday, October 12th at 12:00 (MDT); no walk-up registration.

Physical Location
  • Hosted at Arrow Electronics, 9151 E Panorama Cir, Centennial CO 80112
  • Facility is ADA accessible; no smoking permitted
  • Doors open at 8:30AM (MDT)
  • Free Parking in adjacent garage (info here)
  • Present government approved ID (usually USA Driver’s License)

Virtual Attendance
  • Zoom & Zoom Breakout rooms
  • Links will be sent during week of October 12th.

Refund Policy
  • Full Refund prior to September 30th, 23:00 (MDT)
    • Send request for refund to [email protected]
  • Can switch from in-person to Virtual (no refunds) till October 12th, 12:00 (MDT)
    • If need to change registration level, send request to [email protected]

Breakout Session selection process
  • Email will be sent with breakout session options during October 5th.

​Continuing education information
  • Attendees may report up to 10 (CEU/PDU) of continuing education
  • Speaker materials will be sent to email used to register after conference & after confirmation of attendance
  • Digital Certificate of attendance will be sent to email used to register, upon request.
  • Attendees will self-report their claim 
During the Conference
Access and Identification 
  • Please bring Government ID for access to the venue
  • Conference name badge & lanyard will be available after ID approval

Virtual Access and Session Recording
  • Zoom & Zoom Breakout rooms will be monitored for each session. 
  • Unauthorized filming or recording of any presentation or breakout session is not permitted

WiFi Connectivity
  • Guest Wi-Fi availability – will be posted on the conference floor & in break-out rooms.

Approved Photography
  • Photos by Conference personnel will be posted on Chapter approved social media
  • There will be a ‘photo booth’ area available on conference floor.

Sponsors, Meals, and Networking
  • Sponsors will be located on the conference floor for easy access & networking.
  • Food & Beverage services are funded by the Conference Sponsors
    • Continental Breakfast, Beverages, Lunch, Afternoon snacks
    • Please send any dietary concerns to [email protected], by October 12th
After the Conference
Sharing Your Feedback
  • Follow up survey will be sent the week after the conference (Week of October 19th) to confirmed attendees (Virtual and in-person)

Accessing Session Materials After the Conference
  • Slide Decks or similar speaker materials will be provided after conference survey completion to confirmed attendees (Virtual or in-person)

Certificate of Attendance and Self-Reported CEU/PDU
  • Digital Certificate of attendance will be sent to email used to register, upon request.
  • Attendees will self-report their CEU/PDU claims
