The Colorado Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Association of Continuity Planners (CRMC-ACP) is a professional trade association dedicated to professional growth and development in the disciplines related to continuity planning and business continuity. Founded in 1983, ACP has become recognized as the premier networking and information exchange organization in the business continuity industry.

Entity description. The Association began as an informal organization in 1983. The original group was formally organized in 1984 as a non-profit organization. In 1985, Articles of Incorporation were submitted to the State of California that set guidelines for chartering chapters and the operational principles of the ACP Board of Directors. The ACP Board of Directors consists of officers who direct the business of the Association while Chapters are directed by officers who tailor activities to the needs of their membership.
