Bylaws - Revised October/November 2023
In order to better align and consolidate Board volunteer duties, we revised the CRMC-ACP Chapter Bylaws and enacted them through an election in late October/early November 2023.
Changes to the Bylaws focused on:
* Residency requirement for Chapter Executive Committee
* Reorganization of Director (Board Member) positions
* Universal Board Director term lengths and staggered elections
* Alignment to National/Corporate Bylaws
